Petrovski Dušan Jordan as an owner of the private enterprise
"Snežana i Sinovi", developed numerous commercial and other
connections in the Republic of Bulgaria, including some of a security-interest
nature.
The Service had at its disposal intelligence and information
that the same [Petrovski] is engaged in intelligence activity for the benefit
of the BNRS [Bulgarian National Intelligence Service], directed toward a
forcible usurpation or endangerment of the Constitutional order and the
security of the Republic of Macedonia.
It was expected that the proposed measure [secret control of
a telephone line] would yield information concerning the nature of his contacts
with Ognjan Petkov and other security-interesting persons and institutions from
the Republic of Bulgaria; to learn about the time and place of agreed contacts;
and to discover his connections in the country and abroad; and to acquire other
security-based information. However, the implementation of the measure has
failed to provide the expected results, therefore we deem that its further
employment is no longer expedient, because of which we propose the termination
of the same.
