On the basis of Article 24 of the
Foundations of the System of State Security Act ("Official Journal of
SFRY" [the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia] No. 15/84),
concerning Article 5 of the Constitutional Act for the Implementation of the
Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia ("Official Journal of the
Republic of Macedonia" No. 52/91) and Article 36 of the Governing
Ordinances for the Operation of the State Security Service ("Official
Journal of the Republic of Macedonia"—Special Official Journal No. 10/92),
and at the proposal of the Undersecretary of the State Security Service, I make
this
A D J U D I C A T I O
N
TO IMPLEMENT the measure SECRET CONTROL OF A TELEPHONE and
other telecommunication devices for telephone number 24-467, ownership of
PETROVSKI Dušan JORDAN, born on 24.January.1951 in Kumanovo, Macedonian,
citizen of R Macedonia, owner of the company "Snežana i Sinovi" from
Kumanovo, where he lives with an apartment on "Pitu Guli" street,
number 15, entered into Prior Treatment (PT) under the pseudonym
"CRNI" (Evidentiary No. 308 from 13.04.1993)

u s t i f i c a t i o n
Based on
the information and justification presented in Proposal (evidentiary no. 308
from 13.Arpil.1993), approved by the Undersecretary of the SDB [State Security
Service], it has been found that the person Petrovski Jordan is engaged in
activities directed toward a forcible usurpation or endangerment of the
Constitutional order and the security of the Republic of Macedonia.
In view of what has been presented,
the conditions as set out by Article of Article 24 of the Foundations of the
System of State Security Act and Article 36 of the Governing Ordinances for the
Operation of the State Security Service have been met, for which reason the
decision included in the endorsement of this Adjudication has been reached.
From time to time I am to be notified
concerning the results of the implementation of the measure, and once the
necessity for its further use is no longer present, a request for its
termination is to be submitted immediately.
Copies of this Adjudication are to
be distributed to the Organizational Unit for analytics and documentation, as
well as to the Organizational Unit for operationally-technical issues for the
execution of the measure.
