On the basis of Article 16 of the Internal Affairs Act

37/87), Articles 56 and 57 of the Governing Ordinances for the Operation of the
SDB [State Security Service] ("Official Journal of the Republic of
Macedonia"—Special Official Journal No. 10/92), I submit this

TO ENTER INTO PRIOR TREATMENT (PT) the person, PETROVSKI Dušan
JORDAN, born on 24/JAN/1951 in Kumanovo, R Macedonia, citizen of R Macedonia,
owner of the company "Snežana i Sinovi" from Kumanovo, with a permanent
address of residence in Kumanovo, with an apartment on number 15 "Pitu Guli"
street.
The person shall be entered under the pseudonym
"CRNI" ["SHADY"].

Based on
the information and justification presented in Proposal (evidentiary no. 308
from 13/APR/1993), approved by the Undersecretary of the SDB, it has been found
that indications are present that the person Petrovski Jordan, is conducting
activities directed toward a forcible usurpation or endangerment of the
Constitutional order and the security of the Republic of Macedonia.
In view of what has been presented,
conditions as set out by Article 16 of the Internal Affairs Act and Article 56
of the Governing Ordinances for the Operation of the SDB have been fulfilled,
for which reason the decision included in the endorsement of this Adjudication
has been found.
A copy of the Adjudication is to be
distributed to the Organizational Unit for Analytics, Documentation, Numeration,
and Information.
