SUBJECT: PO "CRNI"
On 29/OCT/1993 between the hours of 11:30 and 14:00 an
informative conversation was conducted with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
The conversation was conducted at our initiative, for the
purpose of evaluating the possibility for his eventual further use towards PT "Crni",
since through use of the measure xxxxxxx the finding was made that the same is maintaining regular
contacts with PT "Crni".
During the course of the conversation among other things concerning
PT "Crni", xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
said that they are very close friends, and that lately they have been dealing
commercially quite a bit. The greater part of supplies that PT "Crni"
purchases for the restaurant "Baba Cana", he does with products that
he obtains through him xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
In the later course of the conversation xxxxxxxxxx said that PT "Crni" is a very
stable and serious person, a man of his word, and that that is the reason why business
is going very well for him. On the political side of life, as far as he is
familiar, [Petrovski] is not interested. He is not a member of any of the
political parties, but is a sympathizer of VMRO-DPMNE.
Concerning his [Petrovski's] commercial and friendly
connections in the Republic of Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, despite the fact he
deals substantially with PT "Crni", the same have never conversed
about that.

has expressed his desire to accompany him on a trip to Russia or Ukraine, since
he [Petrovski] always travels by himself, he would like do it purely for the
purpose of providing company on the one hand, and on the other because he [the
Source] has never visited any of these countries. To xxxxxxxxxxxx's suggestion, PT "Crni"
replied that the trips which he makes by car tend to be very exhausting and
tormenting. For instance there is an 8-9 hour wait at the Romanian border, so
[Petrovski] advised xxxxxxxxxx
that if he wanted visit [Russian and Ukraine], traveling by air would be far more
agreeable. However, if xxxxxxxxxx
wants to travel to the Republic of Bulgaria, he is welcomed to join.
No further findings regarding PT "Crni" were made
in the course of the conversation.
OPERATIONAL COMMENTARY:
During the course of the conversation, despite the fact that
significant findings and information regarding PT "Crni" were
obtained, is nonetheless significant, because it was general and had for
purpose of evaluating the objective and subjective possibilities and the
readiness of xxxxxxxxxxxxx
to engage and his further use toward PT "Crni".
On the basis of the conducted conversation and the acquired impressions
from the same, it is our opinion that xxxxxxxxx has the possibilities, and additionally he expressed
his readiness for further engagement and use toward PT "Crni" in the
direction of discovering his anti-constitutional activity, directed at the destruction
of the system affirmed by the Constitution.
