Governing Ordinances for the Operation of the DBK [Directorate
for Security and
Counterintelligence] ("Official Journal of the Republic of
Macedonia"—Special Official Journal No. 10, dated 31/OCT/1995), and in
response to the Proposal of the Chief of the 1st Department of DBK, (Evidentiary
number 328, dated 26/MAR/1996) I submit this

N
TO CONDUCT AN INFORMATIVE CONVERSATION with the person
PETROVSKI Dušan JORDAN; born on 24/JAN/1951 in Kumanovo, Macedonian, citizen of
the Republic of Macedonia; owner of the company "Snežana i Sinovi"
from Kumanovo; with a permanent residence in Kumanovo, on "Pitu Guli"
street number 15.

Based
on the presented Justification within the Proposal of the Chief of Department
of DBK (Evidentiary number 328, dated 26/MAR/1996) it has been constituted that
conditions set out by Article 7 of the Governing Ordinances for the Operation
of the Directorate for Security and Counterintelligence for conducting an informative
conversation with the person Petrovski Dušan Jordan, for which reason the
decision included in the endorsement of this Adjudication has been reached.
A
copy of this Adjudication is to be distributed to the Organizational Unit for
Analytics and Documentation, Numeration and Information.
